Signing up takes about two minutes. There are two moments in it that are permanent, so it's worth reading this first and clicking second.
The walkthrough
- Head to GameDay Squad (web or their app) and hit sign up. Enter your email and a password (Gmail and Apple logins work too) and agree to their conditions.
- You'll land in the site and a popup will ask for a partner promo code. That popup is the only time you can enter one. Close it without the code and there's no adding one later; their docs say "no exceptions or workarounds" and they mean it.
- Pick your sport. The Society code you used is a good place to start. Pick the sport you'll actually play first, not the one you feel you should.
- The first time you open a sport, you'll be asked to name your team for that sport. Every sport gets its own team name, and none of them can be changed. Pick something you can live with.
- Now you can open that sport's starter packs. The bonus packs from a code won't appear yet. They land after you verify your ID, which is the next guide.
Once you're in, resist the store. Get verified next, because the code's bonus packs wait on it.
