Site terms
Plain English, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.
The basics
This site is run by The GameDay Society ("we", "us", the Society). By using it you accept these terms. They are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Our calls are opinions
Everything we publish is general information and opinion for entertainment. We build our calls from real data and show our reasoning, but fantasy sport involves luck and nothing on this site is a promise of a result.
Nothing here is financial, legal or professional advice. What you do with your team is your call.
We are not GameDay Squad
GameDay Squad is our official fantasy partner. We are their content partner, not their operator. We do not own, run or control the platform, the player cards, the competitions or the accounts.
Anything to do with your GameDay Squad account, your cards or their prizes is between you and GameDay Squad under their terms. When you sign up using one of our codes we earn a commission, at no cost to you: see how we get paid.
Using the site
- Read it, share it, quote a bit of it with credit and a link. That is all fine and encouraged.
- Do not republish our content wholesale as your own, scrape the site, or try to break into the parts that are not public.
- Our words, brand, logo and original graphics stay ours. Team names, player names and league marks belong to their owners and appear here as plain reporting.
Accuracy and availability
We work hard to get facts, stats and prices right, and we correct mistakes when we find them. Sport moves fast, so something here may be out of date by the time you read it. Always check team news before you set your side.
We do not promise the site will always be up or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time.
Where we stand legally
Nothing in these terms cuts down any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights come first and cannot be excluded.
Beyond those rights, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using this site or acting on our calls, to the extent the law allows.
The draw
The bring-a-mate draw runs under its own rules: read the draw terms.
